+ I run wine D:\setup.exe.  Installshield starts, the Welcome to Notes Setup
+ screen comes up, I click Next, and the License Agreement screen never appears. 
+ Basically it just has a black screen with R5 in the corner and remains that way
+ indefinitely. Any ideas?

+ Lotus Notes support was improved recently. Try recent Wine build.
+ Reopen the bug if you still have the problem.
