[Bug 851] - Failed run configure script under RH7.2

It's so strange that in another RH7.1 linux box,the same configure script runs 
successfully

The environment is:
-------------------------------------------------------------
autoconf-2.13-10
automake-1.4-8
gcc-objc-2.96-81
gcc-c++-2.96-81
gcc-2.96-81
m4-1.4.1-4

and gcc -v told me that:
Reading specs from /usr/lib/gcc-lib/i386-redhat-linux/2.96/specs
gcc version 2.96 20000731 (Red Hat Linux 7.1 2.96-81)
---------------------------------------------------------------------

Now,I need to compile and run wine under RH7.2
Any suggestions?
