  May be, that my virus database is obsolette, but even here in work I did not find any virus inside my file. 
  Virus infection is all time possible, but I thing, that I do not have any virus on 99.999% If you do not 
  believe me, my executable is attached to this bugreport adn you could freely scan it.

+ Uwe, I'm pretty sure it is not a virus, because:
+ 1) I can run the app without the problem
+ 2) Jaroslav can run the apps on the removable drive
+ 3) I located the piece of code which executes only for non-removable drives. I'm
