Fonts must go into C:\\windows\\Fonts, not in C:\\windows\\system.
Check the presence C:\\windows\\Fonts\\*.ttf, otherwise it means you're using X
fonts.

To ensure youre using ttf fonts, remove $HOME/.wine/cached*
