I installed Microsoft Money 2000. The installation went without a hitch, but 
the program fails to start after it's installed. This is running on a 20031212 
wine system with IE 6 and DCOM98 installed. IE 6 was installed with Method 1 
from Frank's Corner

Execution: wine -debugmsg +relay,+loaddll MSMONEY.EXE 2> money.err 
 
I'll attach a bzipped error log. 
 
Environment: 
- Source code install of Wine 20031212 
- Mandrake 9.2 
- Athlon 1GHz
