Looking at this I would say that you have a problem with wineconsole and not
this the reactOS cmd.exe. Try running wcmd and see if you get the same problem.

Yes, I am reinstall wine, and cmd.exe is start.
But, I try start nc5 in it, and not working (in win98 is OK).
This cmd.exe is much better choice for DOS than wcmd.
'ls' command is OK in win98, but not in wine.

Nc5 is NortonCommander5 (like clone MC in console).
We have free DN (Dos Navigator), with code I think, and this don't work too.
It can be found on: http://www.ritlabs.com/dn/
All of this programs work in win98, with cmd.exe, and I think if this cmd.exe
will work in wine (like in windows), it will be great step for DOS wine suport.
Dos Navigator start with 'dn.com', and it is best choice for DOS.
It stop after some message (about first 64kB memory protection).
