[Bug 3097] Segmentation fault loading NeatImage

Congratulations !
I did that and ran ./tools/wineinstall on version wine-20050725.
NeatImage now seems to start   a_n_d   w_o_r_k   fine.
The problem looks fixed.
What must I do to "close the bug" ?
