My system specs:
Fedora Core 3 x86_64 (Kernel 2.6.10-1.766_FC3)
Wine20050211
Application that I tried to run: Newsbin Pro v4.32 build 4964
The problem didn't exist on wine20050111 running on Kernel 2.6.9
