Should be "typelib" but in your case I think it isn't needed at all.  But why I
cannot see any loaddll: messages?  Maybe you have made a typo, as shown in the
quote: WINDEBUG <-> WINEDEBUG.

Hmm, an app uses MSI engine.  Maybe try installing native engine:
http://wiki.winehq.org/NativeMsi

But then you will need add "msi,msiexec.exe=n" to your WINEDLLOVERRIDES
env-variable.

So you are not sure if you will be able to find the same conditions to make QW
install again?

Have no opinion, but I will allways use "wineboot" in such cases.
