Here is what happens:
serink at johnathlonlinux ~/wine-config-sidenet $ wine MDAC_TYP.EXE
err:setupapi:SetupDefaultQueueCallbackA copy error 32
"C:\\windows\\temp\\IXP000.TMP\\msvcrt.dll" -> "c:\\windows\\system32\\msvcrt.dll"

Here is my Linux:
inux johnathlonlinux 2.6.10-ck1Jan25-2005-Kernel2.6.10ck1 #3 Fri Jan 28 12:43:56
SGT 2005 i686 Mobile AMD Athlon(tm) XP 2500+ AuthenticAMD GNU/Linux

This installed fine in WINE 20050628. It was broken in 20050725 with a different
error.
