winecfg -> win98:
wine C:/Programme/Lauftrainer/Lauftrainer.exe
fixme:vxd:VXD_Open Unknown/unsupported VxD L"sice.vxd". Try setting Windows
version to 'nt40' or 'win31'.
fixme:vxd:VXD_Open Unknown/unsupported VxD L"ntice.vxd". Try setting Windows
version to 'nt40' or 'win31'.
fixme:vxd:VXD_Open Unknown/unsupported VxD L"cmapieng.vxd". Try setting
Windows version to 'nt40' or 'win31'.
fixme:vxd:VWIN32_VxDCall Unknown service 002a0010
It seems to be looking for the SoftIce debugger to make its copy protection
less vulnerable.
Interesting: If I set wine's version simulation to "NT4.0" after installation
and try to start the application once again with "wine
C:/Programme/Lauftrainer/Lauftrainer.exe", then there's no reaction at all,
after some time I find myself just back at the prompt. If I append any
parameter of my choice ("-h" or "-foo" or "-bar") to this command, only then
the messages mentioned first in this bug report appear.
