Jonathan Ernst says that "DllOverrides are modified using winecfg in recent
wines and .wine/config file is
not used (and ignored afaik), so don't use it. winecfg is a graphical front-end
to edit Wine's configuration."

All the online documentation at winehq.org speaks only of configuring wine using
~/.wine/config.
