The website has been rearranged. You can  download the file from
http://support.visioneer.com/drivers/6000.exe

Now that AJ has fixed the regression in self-loading segments 
( http://winehq.org/pipermail/wine-cvs/2005-September/018437.html )
the program installs and runs fine.
