Confirming, that eFax Messenger 4.2 failed to Install after this
failing OpenPrinter.

Printing in Wine works only with:
1) the buildin Postscript-Driver "wineps.drv / wineps16.drv"
2) CUPS/LPR from the Host-OS as Backend

I'm working on Isssue #2:

No. It just show, that the Application has OpenPrinter with
SERVER_ACCESS_ADMINISTER, but we Ignore Access-Restrictions.

OpenPrinter has no support for XcvMonitor yet and uses the String
as Printername. I'm already working on this Part.

Issue #1 need much more work in many Areas in wine.
