Summary: SecuROM thinks wine is a CDROM emulator
           Product: Wine
           Version: 0.9.27.
          Platform: PC
               URL: www.securom.com
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: test
        AssignedTo: wine-bugs at winehq.org
        ReportedBy: sylverpyro at gmail.com

When starting up games such as Magic The Gathering: Battlegrounds, the program
reports: "Conflict with Disc Emulator Software detected. See
www.securom.com/emulation for more details" and allows you to click OK and exit.
As far as I can tell, there is no current workaround for SecuROM available at
the moment.

Also, it appears the game Perimeter may actually also employ this copy
protection method and not StarFire as previously thought (I got a similar
message whem trying to install and play it on a VMware using WinXP)
