Application: Command and Conquer Red Alert 2

The sound when clicking on the menu items in RA2 works a couple of times. Then I 
get noise instead of sound, along with this error:

If i continue to go back and forth in the menu-system, duplicates of the above 
shows up.

Please correct Component, since I don't know which component this error is 
related to...
