I'm running the game Battle Realms under wine and in the console log was this
message: 

fixme:ddraw:gltex_blt Blt from framebuffer to texture - unsupported now, please
report !

It said please report, so I do. There also was the message (about 1000000 lines):

err:ddraw:set_render_state  Specular Lighting not supported yet.

Here is the complete log, apart from a couple of MB specular lighting complaints.
