Do you have all of the following installed?
wine-0.9.5-2.fc4.i386.rpm
wine-arts-0.9.5-2.fc4.i386.rpm
wine-capi-0.9.5-2.fc4.i386.rpm
wine-cms-0.9.5-2.fc4.i386.rpm
wine-devel-0.9.5-2.fc4.i386.rpm
wine-ldap-0.9.5-2.fc4.i386.rpm
wine-tools-0.9.5-2.fc4.i386.rpm
wine-twain-0.9.5-2.fc4.i386.rpm

Optional (deppends on your configuration:
wine-nas-0.9.5-2.fc4.i386.rpm
wine-jack-0.9.5-2.fc4.i386.rpm
Wine-esd-0.9.5-2.fc4.i386.rpm

To confirm please run "rpm -qa | grep wine"
