How and what should be tested? I don't know the domain rules to be tested. :/

Why you have removed this 'coloruse' checks against 'DIB_PAL_COLORS' from our patch?

I have another guess (I need to stop to do this) about this regression problem:
has something to do with image resizing. Could be this guess usefull to do a
test case?
