[Bug 4700] SPSS 12 (Evaluation) can not be installed, wine crashes during install

This time with 0.9.9 as you suggested (just dropped to the repos, which kept
closing connection as usual :) )

The result is the same: installer cannot finish. It says:
The wizard was interrupted before SPSS 12.0 for Windows could be completely
installed. Your system has not been modified.
