When wine creates new .desktop files for linking applications in the Desktop 
and menus, it adds quotes to the working directory. For instance:  
 
Path="/home/wotan/" 
 
instead of: 
 
Path=/home/wotan 
 
This causes KDE to not execute wine links correctly.
