The test outputs are not identical for kernel:process between running Wine Test
Shell and running "kernel32_test process" in cmd.exe.

Specifically, there are three CreateProcessA() failures starting with line 748
in dlls/kernel/tests/process.c only when running in Wine Test Shell, but these
same test pass in cmd.exe.
