The source code to an OLE document viewer is up on the web at
http://www.codeproject.com/com/Another_OLE_Doc_Viewer.asp (free login required
to download.) However, all they ship is source code, and I don't have a Windows
C compiler installed right now.

We could post to the newsgroup
http://groups.google.com/group/microsoft.public.platformsdk.msi or yes, we could
contact them. But wouldn't it be better to find a guaranteed way to make the
installer skip accessor.cab as per comments 7, 8, and 13?
