I've finally had the time to actually log some time with GSAK. Wanted to update
some info here on the problem:

GSAK runs, but upon running, windows appear outside of GSAK's main window. Once
GSAK is completely started and the cache database is filled in, the cache window
(which is an html window below the cache listing embedded into the main window),
appears on the Linux root window. After this point, GSAK cannot receive anymore
input from the user unless it is in a sub-process (for example, if GSAK has
"crashed" and its databases are out of whack, it asks if you would like to
correct the problem. This popup window can be clicked in and made to disappear
as it should be, but once GSAK is up after this, nothing else can be done with
GSAK).

I have some output from mshtml, urlmon, exec, shdocvw... If necessary, will run
another pass with other options turned on. There are some mshtml errors that do
appear. Also, there are some OLE errors that occur. I don't know which, if
any, of these would cause a window not to find its parent and be embedded within
it (there may even be an embedding error... I am unfamiliar with the embedding
output). I do need to update my copy of wine slightly as I'm only running from
newest since Oct 18th or there-abouts.

I'm running FC5, but believe that this probably occurs with other apps.
Hopefully I've got the right component as it might be mshtml, but I cannot be
sure which component causes the issue.
