Inzomia viewer installs and "almost" work with latest GIT. Almost is all except
for picture viewing (that is, there is viewer window but no picture at all and
picture size displayed as 0x0). There is identical behavior with native and
builtin atl so please change component to wine-misc.

Some background at app:
Installer unpacks and registers two major components:
1) izview is sort of "stub" which implements UI;
2) inzomia is DirectX ActiveX component for picture displaying.
Installer run izview on several test images then. It also will automatically
open inzomia's web page in case of any problem with viewer.
