Yes, and I suppose installs were successful in September as well. Installer is
an intrusive/stealthy. You start it and - voila - you've got viewer window. But
you've just got 2 new folders in your 'program files' and at least one more COM
component has been registered, and this bug is actually about these newly
installed files and not about installer. So this bug should probably be closed
and new bug about non-so-good-working viewer should be opened instead.
