When attempting to run Army Builder EX the following error occurs:
wine: Unhandled page fault on read access to 0x00000004 at address 0x504f75
(thread 0009)

The error occurs after loading a window for the splash screen, but prior to
populating it.  The only other wine specific message is:
fixme:ntdll:RtlNtStatusToDosErrorNoTeb no mapping for c0000119
which is displayed after the debugger has started.
