I have used IMS Webengine for about three several years now, previously on a
windowsXP system. The earlier versions loaded correctly under wine but did not
use msi. The version mentioned above (V2.00k) does use msi and fails to install.
The actual program run perfectly (except for a minor icon display issue which
has a workaround).
The only other thing stopping it from getting a platinum rating is that it fails
to install. There are numerous msi errors to give you something to work on.
When you download the program from the website you actually download a 141K file
called SetupWebEngineV200k.Exe. When you run this under wine, it then downloads
an msi file called WebEngineV200k.msi (approx 4.6MB). So far so good. There are
a few errors displayed in the console window as shown below but the file seems
to download correctly.

So far so good, at this point you now get a dialog box that asks whether you
want to remove or repair Web Engine V2. If you select repair then the following
error messages are displayed in the console window (mainly msi errors)

Another dialog box appears saying it's been successfully installed !, which it
plainly hasn't.

versions which installed and worked correctly. V2.00f & V2.00j.
So apart from many msi errors, the show stopper seems to be ..

then execute it with the command ....
