orcad 10 demo is still in use and can still be downloaded a few places, like
http://www.ece.msstate.edu/courses/ece1002/software/OrCAD_Demo_121903.zip

The current version (at the moment, 15.7) can be downloaded from
http://www.cadence.com/products/si_pk_bd/downloads/orcad_demo/
