Allow a more program-specific setup, such as for one program, letting the 
program run in a wine window, while another runs without one, or even setting 
diffrent screen sizes, too.

Command-line options ot handle such (such as wine --window 640x480 /path/to/
prg, or wine --nowin /path/to/prg).
