After getting past bug 4227, you can now install (with fakeie6)
and try to run the app.  If the current directory isn't 
~/.wine/drive_c/Program Files/Mercury Interactive/QuickTest Professional/bin
when you start, you get the error
err:ole:get_inproc_class_object couldn't load in-process dll L"XMLData.dll"
and it aborts.

If the current directory *is* bin, the app seems to go further, and
crashes like this:
