When installing programs with Wine, Wine's KDE menu does not build correctly.
All launchers for particular windows program go to lost and found folder in KDE
menu.
Desktop icons seems to build correctly.

Maybe this is caused by changes to the way menu items are created.

Tested in Kubuntu Dapper(Wine 0.9.34 and Wine 0.9.35) and Feisty(Wine 0.9.33)
