Confirming in wine 0.9.43. OpenGL is also much slower than D3D. This was on an
Nvidia 5200, kubuntu gusty, with Nvidia binary drivers.

To enable OpenGL, comment out this line:
Plugin=RenderSystem_Direct3D9
