I already told you what the real problem is, why make up a different Summary
then?

CHanging summary to better reflect upon the REAL problem..

Also same comment as in bug 1631 applies:

As a workaround you could try at frequency 22050, 8 or 16 bit, and
acceleration to 'Emulation'.

Another workaround you could set 'use direct hardware access' in alsa from
wiki.winehq.org/UsefulRegistryKeys - However that will forfeit the ability of
alsa to allow concurrent access.
