Hack that increases frequency of directsound

If used with direct hardware this will probably decrease the amount of
underruns occuring, I can get to 45 ms in famitracker using alsa dmix with
period_size = 512, probably even lower if you actually use direct hardware
access. However it makes the system prone to underruns. It's a hack.

Jagged Alliance 2 might or might not work properly with this hack, too.
