If it is of any interest, when this bug happens Wine sometimes output
these 2 error messages:

err:ntdll:RtlpWaitForCriticalSection section 0x94d130 "?" wait timed out in
thread 0012, blocked by 0009, retrying (60 sec)
err:ntdll:RtlpWaitForCriticalSection section 0x94d1b0 "?" wait timed out in
thread 0013, blocked by 0009, retrying (60 sec)

And after I do Ctrl-C it outputs:

err:seh:setup_exception stack overflow 84 bytes in thread 0015 eip 7efcd5f2 esp
7b300fac stack 0x7b301000-0x7b400000
