They aren't more applications. The battle.net screen creates several "windows".
They aren't really supposed to show up that way. This is having to do with the
managed window changes, I believe. I also notice that the battle.net windows
are no longer borderless on my system which indicates that this bug could be
true (without testing for yours directly). Note Managed = Y for this problem to
be apparent on my system. Could you try an older version of wine, like 0.9.43
and see if the problem still occurs.
