Make mshtml's before_async_open use the WIne URL

>From some logs I notices that a "wine:steam:..." URL was passed to urlmon, not
a "steam:..." one as it should. Changing before_async_open() to try to the Wine
URL before nsIWineURI_GetSpec() makes it pass the right URL to urlmon.
