This patch works fine for 3DMark, but for GTA:SA (Grand Theft Auto : San
Andreas) it doesn't.
In GTA:SA I got a lot of these messages (after the patch applied):

recompiled more than 50 times
fixme:d3d:state_fog Implement table fog for foggy vertex shader
