[Bug 10669] application installation problems

OK I will retry to install not using root
But I uncounter difficulties to take off all the wine stuff, because there
are somme wine files (user.reg,system.reg and so on) that stay
in linux despite of a ubuntu uninstalling wine

I,m a little short on linux command but I will try rm ~./wine
Thanks for your response

Note: I do not see on the doc a word about root/no root
