For me it crashes the same way. From a debug log it seems as if my whole
harddrive is scanned , to find a file called "ecco.exe". I was able to get the
installer finish by doing this:
Start wincfg, then under the "drives" tab remove your "z:\" drive (and others),
so only "c:\" is available. Then restart the installer. Could you try if that
helps? Thanks
