Hi,
I'm running kubuntu 7.10.

If I run World of Warcraft this way:

- boot from cd (kubuntu 7.10), install wine
- install kubuntu 7.10, install wine

everithing is ok.

If I add some packages (investigating wich one) I can log in with wow but my
loading bar is stuck to 0% (manual reboot bevcause everything freeze, keyboard
led indicators too)

I'm pretty sure is an incompatibility with a package, I re installed many times
and I'm searching for a good tool to manage versions of packages.
I'm a graphic so I need many packages to be installed.

I'm investigating about the package (installing one, trying wow...) so is a bit
slow the search...
I mean gimp, inkscape and so on... vlc blah blah... many.

I hope to be useful...

I tried everything in wow configuration (defaultation...)
I tried every hardware card/mb to be sure nothing was wrong...
I tried 0.9.46 - 50 versions of wine...

Everytime the same stuff...
Using Adeptmanager I install all needed packages in one time and the "crash"
happen.
Need to say that the sound still play during the freeze. (But I don't play wow
for the music :P)

I hope to put my bug in the right place and I hope to come later to say
"this was the f@#!!ing package messing up my wine-wow-kubuntu installation"..

If you can send me to a same bug pls write down me some email, I'l be very
happy.

Cya!

Marco
