On current git, BlitzIn 2.34 cannot even be installed:

err:ole:CoGetClassObject no class object {91814ec0-b5f0-11d2-80b9-00104b1f6cea}
could be created for context 0x4

On dialog box:
[The InstallShield Engine (iKernel.exe) could not be launched. (0x80004002)]
