It is pretty hard to debug this when the bug isn't really visible.

Are you sure that the new behavior is a bug, and the old one is how it is
supposed to be? Can you compare this to a Windows installation?

The last screenshot looks a bit strange, but I have no idea what could be wrong
in the other one.
