Quick hack to force successful verification.

A quick hack to this problem is to force WinVerifyTrust to return a success
code.  Obviously not a patch for the actual wine tree.

Using this I was able to get past the initial speed bump, but the installation
failed due to unimplemented log parsing functions in setupapi.dll.
