Thanks for the patch. I am now able to install the Windows Media Format 11 for
Windows Media Player 10. I didn't have an error with SetupAPI, but I am using
an IEs4Linux Wine dir.

Unfortunately, Netflix's Movie Player still can't acquire the DRM license. I'll
open a new bug.
