The app doesn't seem to have a freely downloadable trial,
so you're going to have to help a bit.  

First, your log doesn't have symbols in it; can you
build wine from source?  Alternately, your linux distro
may provide a symbols (-dbg) package for wine.
Either would add filenames and line numbers to the stack traceback in the log.

Second, can you do a regression test to see which patch
introduced the problem?  See
