This Patch causes a regression in regedit:
treeview: Fix horizontal scrolling.

start "wine regedit"
Select "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Wine"
Create a new key:
The key is named "New Key #1" and to be able to rename the new key, the
treeview must be enlarged, until the Horz. Scrollbar is not visible.
When I disable TREEVIEW_HScroll (Line 2763), Regedit works as expected
