No, it's no longer available for downlolad.  I still have a copy, though.

I tried installing with
  winetricks fakeie6 msxml4
This failed with the console lines

(Those are IServiceProvider and, um, gopher: Asychronous Pluggable Protocol

Hmm, I guess you need to install both msxml3 and msxml4, and override msxml3...
I'll try to try that soon.
