Installer for MS Comic Chat does not copy files correctly.

They end up looking like this. ->
L"\\??\\C:\\windows\\temp\\IXP001.TMP\\'c:\\Program Files\\Microsoft
Chat'\\ComicArt\\VOLCANO.BGB"

>From what I can see it can't create a directory with a ' in it.
